Dear Beloved All !

Yesterday I got a letter and the parcel and that is why I am writing and thank you very much. I see that the Oats are already in the ground, and I do realize that you have a lot of work I am sorry to hear that Father has hurt his arm and we just hope that it will get better soon. I could not come on the weekend furlough because we are not allowed now to use the Rail Road. Did you get my photos? Next week we will leave Bergen and we will be loaded on to rail Cars with all our transport and gear. Do not worry if you don’t get any mail for a while, don’t send any parcels either.

Heartfelt Greetings Your son Heinrich.
