My dear All!
I almost can say I have no more time to write and it is getting dark now, . The longer the war keeps going on, the more crazier are getting the rules regaring the Soldiers. Because of the lack of discipline and enthusiasm for the war, we have to do field drill like new recruits , what on earth should we think about the war , good job we have not much time to think. You will be busy too and maybe you don’t know where to start first. I am well however . There is talk going on that whole Regiments will be transferred from here but in Romania a lot is said before the day is long. It is all worthless paper talk, and such types of Gipsy Countries we have to defend? , while most of the Romanians can buy themselves out of the Military.
Many Greetings. Heinrich.
