Dear Parents and Werner.

Sending you all my heartfelt greetings from the East. I am since yesterday in a hospital with suspected spotted Fever, it is possible, if the fever does not abate, I will be send to Germany for treatment. But it is not that bad, so do not worry at all. This sort of fever is not as dangerous as it is suspected. Don’t send me anything, I have no chance to see the parcels here anyway and that goes for letters too as I have no contact to my Company. Well, that is all for today, many Greetings and hopefully we see each other again at home.

From your Artur.

I write again from here.
