Dear Parents and Werner.

Greetings from here I am well , almost, and I hope you are in good health at home. Today I got the letter from Oct 23™ in that you mention my Company. The captain who had signed the letter was my Company Commander . Yes, the FP # is the right one, the company is in a different area now, I don’t like it here , my only wish is to get back to my Company. If Werner likes it in Weimar, he ought to stay there. I wonder why the rest of the Ketschau Family have not helped , I wonder what Emil has to say now , he cant do as it pleases him. Well, all the good people from my Company are now in different places, Did anyone from the Company tell you what happened to my washing? The socks in the washing bag are not mine.

For now I don’t know what else to write, write soon so I send you

Greetings.

Your Artur.
