Dear Parents.
Sending you Greetings from here and tell you I am well and hope the same from you. I received Parcels # 10-11-12 and Letters # 5 and 7 and thank you very much. We have warm weather here, we have been told it will get 50 C in the Summer here. Artur wrote to me he wants Cigarettes and writing paper , I can send the Cigarettes but not the writing paper, I have not enough for myself. You can send me the dictionary German -French , there should be one left from Papa when he was in the war. His month we got no parcel stamps for 2 Lb parcels, any old mail will be send after us later. All the Sgt’s that have been with us from the start are still here. Those from Neusiedler will be released from service, we can not do anything about that. I am still with the Foreman and Hans together,, he is still in the Company but a different platoon.
I will close now, Greetings to you all. Werner
