Dear Comrade Hugo!.
I have a free Sunday afternoon and send you a sign of life from me. I am fairly well, in mid May our Regiment was taken out of the line and deployed in the rear hunting down Partisans but I manage to get into a training program and it will end soon. So please do not answer to this letter as will get a new FP # . I have no idea what will be my duties in the Regiment when I return. I hope that you and the Family are well and I send you my best Greetings
